Do you know a narcissist?

I'm sure everyone has a narcissist in their life, the question is, how to identify one. There are many signs of someone being a narcissist. This should help you to easily identify if someone in your life is a narcissist. It can be hard to determine if someone close to you is one; love or better yet, the idea of love will blind you from truly seeing.
Conversation hoggers
A narcissist is conceited. They'll talk about themselves in every way in a conversation. They will hardly let you talk, and when, and when they do, if you're not in agreement with them, they will belittle you or your opinion is dismissed or ignored. They always have to feel like they know more.
Always Interrupts
Everyone has that little bad of interrupting in a conversation, but a narcissist will interrupt and quickly change the topic to themselves and genuinely has no interest in what you said.
Breaks Rules
They hate following rules, guidelines, or a schedule. They will break appointments often. They don't follow rules, unless it's their rules, because they always think they are right.
Violation of Boundaries
They have no regard for others feelings, thoughts or opinions. They have no respect of others property. They will break something that isn't theirs because they don't care to be cautious with it, and they act like it's no big deal.
They also break promises and obligations repeatedly.
False Image
They like to do/say things to impress others by making themselves look good. They will stretch the truth or just straight up lie to make themselves look good.
Entitled
They often expect preferential treatment from others. They want to be catered to. They think the world revolves around them and their needs.
Charmer
They are persuasive. They are interested in you for their own gratification. When they get bored of you, they'll drop you, and go on to the next. Most of the time, they'll already have someone else while they are still with you. They keep you around because they are comfortable with how you are so willing to cater to them. They think they are too good not to have many romantic options.
Negative
They spread negative emotions for attention. They will get upset over small things, especially if it disagrees with their opinions. They are sensitive to criticism  and will become angry over it. However, they are quick to judge, criticize, ridicule and blame others. Some narcissists are emotionally abusive. By making you feel inferior, they are boosting their arrogant egos.
Manipulation
They will make decisions for you to suite their needs. They may use their partner, friend or child to meet unreasonable self-serving needs or to cover up their mistakes or flaws. Another way they use manipulation is through guilt. They will guilt trip you over the things they've done for you.

If someone you know identifies with this list, then you might have a narcissist on your hands. If that person is your significant other... I'm sorry to say that this is going to be hard.
Stay strong. There are a lot of self-help books/articles to help you stand your ground with a narcissist.

Married To A Mechanic: 8 things to expect. 🔧

Since I've started blogging, I've only blogged about my husband personally like once or twice, so this is dedicated to my mechanic husband. Erich has been working on cars since he was about 14 years old, so 20 years. He does it for a living but on diesels. He does it in hi spare time as well so basically, all the freaking time. Here's what to expect if you date a mechanic. Car Talk Mechanics talk about cars like 24/7; Parts, make and model, they even try to explain to you how certain parts work. If you tell them you don't understand, they will explain again, in depth with more detail, which is even more confusing. Either go on Google and learn a little bit or pretend you understand what they are talking about. Oil & Grease White anything is against any mechanics beliefs. I have to clean the walls, counters, appliances, PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING at minimum of 3 times a week. They are usually covered from head to toe in oil and grease. Honestly, I thin...

Spring Time Means Allergies!

Sprint time is the worst season for me. I hate this season honestly. My allergies are horrible during spring, like when I say horrible, I mean face swollen, constant nose blowing. The whole awful nine yards. Just the other day, I swear I sneezed about a million and one times and then lost my voice. We just moved into a house that had ben vacant for two months before we moved in, so there was two months of dust accumulated on the floors and walls. Needless to say, my first day in our new house consisted of a lot of sneezing and wheezing. Since spring is just around the corner and that means so are allergies, I made a list of home remedies for allergy relief that has really helped me and hopefully will help you too. Honey Local raw honey, it builds your immune system up to what's around you. You can get this at places like Whole Foods. Make sure it is local honey though.
